Our three intensive two-hour micro-conferences bring together artists, performers, curators, consultants, scholars, directors, managers, developers, programmers, publishers, investors and media educators from museums, companies, start-ups, foundations and research and cultural institutions to discuss and interrelate an array of perspectives on the potentials, relevance and impact of new technologies in the cultural and creative sectors.

With the slogan “A Book is a Film is a Game”, the Frankfurter Buchmesse will once again bring together professionals from the world of books, film, games and new media on Thursday, 11 October 2018, at THE ARTS+. An exclusive programme will provide insight into the respective markets, and promote the adaptation and cross-media co-production business. The programme culminates in the presentation of the winners of the Frankfurter Buchmesse Film Awards 2018.
